Holiday 2021 Delivery Deadlines

Need it for Christmas? 

Due to overwhelming demand, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for physical products including Fine Art Prints, Gallery Wrapped Canvases, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Blankets & Cups. 

During this time of year (November-December) we are be extremely busy. We are working as hard and fast as we can to create your custom illustration. Art preview can take up to 7-10 days to be completed and emailed. Revisions during this time are processed and sent back for viewing in 3-7 days.

Production times for Fine Art Prints, Gallery Wrapped Canvases, T-Shirts, Blankets & Hoodies also are longer and will take 5-10 days to be produced.

Shipping takes 7-10 days after your art has been produced.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Standard international shipping is 10-14 days during off season/regular times. During the holiday season, international shipping can take 14-24 days.

I ordered multiple items, will they arrive together?

Depending on what your ordered, your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Free prints are shipped separately from all other items.

How will my portrait be shipped?

Your portrait is sent based on the media/printing options you selected:

Digital File: High resolution file sent via email 

Fine Art Print & Gallery Canvas: Shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How Do I Preview My Art?

As soon as your design is ready our system automatically sends you a notice to check your design. Sometimes the email ends up in spam or gets blocked. Use the link below to preview your art:

Can I add additional characters after I place my order?

Yes you can. It happens all the time. Please use link below to add additional characters to your design.

I thought I have unlimited revisions, why am I being charged a fee?

It is your responsibility to specify all details you would like in your art in the artist notes. Any requests not included in the artist notes maybe considered a change request and will incur additional fees.

We offer unlimited revisions on your artwork. A revision is considered any of the following:

  • Color changes to eyes, skin, clothing, hair
  • Any changes to capture likeness of the person/character Eg. Moles, mustaches, piercings

Any change request outside of the above will incur additional fees. Each change request is reviewed on case by case scenario and the fee will be based on the effort and time needed to complete the request.

Examples of change requests that will incur fees:

  • Change of clothing
  • Change of body positioning/stance
  • Change of design style
  • Request to use different photo
What if I am NOT happy with my art?

Our artists are very talented and put quality first. Sometimes they could miss an important detail that captures the true essence of the person based on the photo. We would gladly perform revisions in such cases.

Do pets, cars & other objects count as subject?

Yes, pets, cars & other objects count as a subject. These items do take time to draw and create.

Is my photo good enough to use?

We highly recommend that you upload high-quality images where faces, colors, and textures are visible. This way we will be able to get everything right the first time.

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there’s an issue with your photos, we’ll let you know very quickly via email.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

What size is the digital file?

Our digital files are emailed to you in 16″x24″ high resolution (300 dpi) JPG. This size is perfect for printing on any media. 

Can I get a Physical Print after purchasing a Digital File?

Yes, your order can be upgraded to a Fine Art Print or Gallery Wrapped canvas if you originally purchased a Digital Art File. Please email customer service at [email protected]

How long do revisions & edits take?

Revisions take about 2-3 days to be completed during regular/off season times. You will receive an email once your art is ready for previewing.

During the months of November and December revisions take 5-7 days for completion. 

Do all my people have to be in a single photo?

No, you can have multiple photos and our artists will be able to combine them to create your art design.

Returns/Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you, we do not accept returns / refunds.

If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we’ll fix it for you.

We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you’ll love your portrait.

What if I don't like the artwork?

We’re 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we’ll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don’t hear from you, we’ll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.
